⇔ nor to him who gives no alms.
BrLXX Οὐκ ἔστιν ἀγαθὰ τῷ ἐνελεχίζοντι εἰς κακὰ, καὶ τῷ ἐλεημοσύνην μὴ χαριζομένῳ.
(Ouk estin agatha tōi eneleⱪizonti eis kaka, kai tōi eleaʸmosunaʸn maʸ ⱪarizomenōi. )
BrTr There can no good come to him that is always occupied in evil, nor to him that giveth no alms.
WEBBE No good will come to him who continues to do evil,
⇔ nor to him who gives no alms.
DRA For there is no good for him that is always occupied in evil, and that giveth no alms: for the Highest hateth sinners, and hath mercy on the penitent.
RV There shall no good come to him that continueth to do evil,
⇔ Nor to him that giveth no alms.

Wycl It is not wel to hym that is customable in yuels, and to hym that yyueth not almes; for whi the hiyeste bothe hatith synneris, and doith merci to hem that doen penaunce.
