Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
ἐπικράνθη ἡ κοιλία μου
/was/_made_bitter the stomach ˱of˲_me
If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “it made my stomach bitter”
10:8-10 As in Ezekiel’s experience, the scroll tasted sweet in the mouth (Ezek 3:1-3; see Jer 15:16; see also Pss 19:10; 119:103). The experiences yet to come for God’s people would be sweet, including the victory of God’s plan and the vindication of his people. John’s sour . . . stomach resembles the effects of Ezekiel’s hard message for Israel (Ezek 3:8-9). The process of bringing God’s plan to fruition involves hardship.

OET (OET-RV) So I took that little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it, and it tasted sweet like honey, but my stomach hurt afterwards
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Greek words that they’re translated from.
