OET (OET-LV) The one eating, the one not eating not him _let_be_scorning, and the one not eating, the one eating not him _let_be_judging, the For/Because god him received.
OET (OET-RV) The one who eats anything shouldn’t despise the other, and the one who doesn’t eat meat shouldn’t condemn the other, because both are accepted by God.
In this section, Paul told his readers that they must accept other believers who are not strong in their faith. These other believers do things that are not based in their faith, hence they are “weak” in their faith. One example that Paul gave of this “weak” faith is someone who avoids meat because it has been devoted to the Roman gods.
Paul also told his readers to not argue over differences of opinion (14:1). In 14:5, he gave an example of this: some believers hold the holy days as something special but other believers do not. Paul reminded his readers that they all belong to the Lord Jesus.
Paul told his readers that they must not judge other believers to be bad people or despise them. He reminded them that they all will stand before God as their judge, and give an account of their deeds.
Here are other possible headings for this section:

One person/believer eats everything and another person/believer avoids certain foods. The first one must not think of the second one as being of little/no worth.
The one who eats everything must not belittle: This is a command to The one who eats. He or she must not despise those who think they must not eat certain foods. For example:

The one who eats everything: This phrase refers to the person who believes he can eat any food (14:2a). In some languages a literal translation would not make that meaning clear. If that is true in your language, make it clear. For example:

belittle: This word refers to considering someone to be worthless. Here are other ways to translate this word:
have contempt for
look down on (NLT)
call worthless
the one who does not: The Greek is literally “the one not eating.” It refers to the person who believes it is not right for him to eat certain foods, so he does not eat them. In some languages a literal translation would not make that meaning clear. If that is true in your language, make it clear.

the one who avoids some kinds of food
The words “eats” and “does” are in the English present tense. They indicate what is usually done by these two people. In some languages using the way to indicate habitual action would be the best translation.
and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does,
And the person/believer who does not eat all foods must not condemn the person/believer who eats all foods,
And the second one must not think that the first one is a bad person.
judge: Here this phrase refers to considering someone to be a bad person. It does not refer here to what a judge does in a courtroom. Here are other ways to translate this phrase:

for God has accepted him.
because God has accepted that person.
For God has welcomed them both into his kingdom.
for: Here this word introduces the reason why believers should not despise or pass judgment on other believers. For example:

accepted: The Greek word refers to bringing in someone into your group of friends and accepting him or her. See how you translated this word in 14:1.
him: Here this word refers to both the believer who eats all foods and the believer who does not eat certain foods. It refers to both men and women. For example:

Here, the one eating refers to the person mentioned in the previous verse who believes that he can eat any kind of food, and the one not eating refers to the person called “the one being weak” in the previous two verses.
