OET (OET-LV) one on_one_hand is_judging a_day beyond another day, on_the_other_hand one is_judging every day alike.
Each in his own mind, let_be_being_fully_assured.
OET (OET-RV) Similarly, some people consider one day to be more important than some other day, yet others consider all the days to be alike. Each one of them should be fully convinced in their own minds.
κρίνει ἡμέραν παρ’ ἡμέραν
/is/_judging /a/_day beyond_‹another› day
Alternate translation: [considers one day to be different from another day] or [considers one day to be more important than another day]
κρίνει πᾶσαν ἡμέραν
/is/_judging /is/_judging every day_‹alike›
Alternate translation: [considers all days to be the same] or [considers no day to be more important than another day]
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
ἕκαστος ἐν τῷ ἰδίῳ νοῒ, πληροφορείσθω
each in his own mind /let_be_being/_fully_assured
Paul implies that each person should be convinced about what he thinks honors the Lord. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this explicitly. Alternate translation: [Let each one be fully convinced in his own mind that what he does honors the Lord]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
ἕκαστος & πληροφορείσθω
each & /let_be_being/_fully_assured
If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [Let each one be completely certain] or [Let each one fully convince himself]
14:5 some think one day is more holy than another day, while others think every day is alike: The reference is probably to Jewish festival days and to the Sabbath; cp. Col 2:16. With Christ’s provision of salvation, observance of the Sabbath in its original form is not required of Christians.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
