TSNTyndale Study Notes:

11:8 The enigmatic historical reference to three evil shepherds has prompted more than forty different attempts to identify them. None of these explanations is effective. Three symbolizes completeness. God raises up good shepherds to remove evil shepherds for the well-being of his people.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

(Occurrence 0) I became impatient with them,

(Some words not found in UHB: and,got_rid_of DOM three the,shepherds in/on/at/with,month one(ms) and,impatient soul,my (is)_in=them and=also soul,their detested in/on/at/with,me )

This could mean: (1) “them” refers to the three shepherds or (2) “them” refers to the sheep owners.
