The meaning of the expression translated as breast and breasts in the original language is uncertain. It may refer to: (1) a wife and concubines. (2) many physical pleasures. Alternate translation: [more than anyone else who had been in Jerusalem before me]

Solomon says more than all who were to my face in Jerusalem as an extreme statement for emphasis. He means that he surpassed everyone who had lived in Jerusalem before him. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use a different way to express the emphasis. Alternate translation: [before me]
