OET (OET-RV) The leader’s land will be on both sides of the area reserved for the holy place and the city—on the west and the east. Its length will be the same as those portions that it’s parallel to.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
(Occurrence 0) The length will correspond to the length of one of those portions
(Some words not found in UHB: and,[will,to_the_prince from,this and,from,this of,the_contribution_of of_(the),holiness and,of,the_possession_of the=city to/towards face/surface_of donation_of of_(the),holiness and=near/to face/surface_of property_of the=city from_[the],side_of west westward, and,from_[the],side_of of,eastward eastward, and,length corresponding,to_of one of,the_portions from_[the],border_of western to/towards border eastward,of )
It is implied that Ezekiel is comparing the prince’s land with the size of the land given to each of the tribes. Alternate translation: “The length will be the same as the length of one of the portions given to the tribes”

It is implied that these are the western and eastern borders of the land of Israel. “from the western border of Israel at the sea to the eastern border at the Jordan River”
45:7 On both sides of the larger sacred area (45:1-6), the remainder of the holy portion was assigned to the prince. The same principle of graded access that operated in the Temple was applied more broadly to the surrounding land. The Temple would be the geographical and spiritual heart of the new Israel. The land would be divided into strips running east to west, orienting the whole nation along the sacred east–west axis of the Temple. The city and the prince would still be important in the new economy, but they would no longer be at the center. The Lord was Israel’s King, and his dwelling place would be the hub of their existence.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
