(Some words not found in UHB: pour_out rage_of,your on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the=nations which/who not they,have_known_you and,on peoples which/who on,name_of,your not call that/for/because/then/when devoured DOM Yaakob and,they,have_consumed_him and,they,have_made_an_end_of_him and=DOM habitation_of,his laid_waste )
Here “the nations” refer to the people who live in them. Alternate translation: “In your fury, punish the nations” or “In your anger, punish the nations of the people” (See also: figs-metonymy)
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
(Occurrence 0) that do not call on your name

This is an idiom. Alternate translation: “that do not worship you”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / parallelism
(Occurrence 0) For they have devoured Jacob and consumed him so as to completely destroy him
(Some words not found in UHB: pour_out rage_of,your on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the=nations which/who not they,have_known_you and,on peoples which/who on,name_of,your not call that/for/because/then/when devoured DOM Yaakob and,they,have_consumed_him and,they,have_made_an_end_of_him and=DOM habitation_of,his laid_waste )
These three phrases have the same meaning. Jeremiah repeats this idea three times to emphasize the utter destruction of Israel. This speaks of the enemy armies attacking the people of Israel as if the armies were a fierce animal attacking and devouring its prey. Alternate translation: “For they have fiercely attacked the people of Israel and consumed them so as to completely destroy them” (See also: figs-metaphor)
(Occurrence 0) demolish his habitation
(Some words not found in UHB: pour_out rage_of,your on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the=nations which/who not they,have_known_you and,on peoples which/who on,name_of,your not call that/for/because/then/when devoured DOM Yaakob and,they,have_consumed_him and,they,have_made_an_end_of_him and=DOM habitation_of,his laid_waste )
Alternate translation: “demolish their homes”
10:1-25 This poetic passage has three parts. The first is a contrast between the Lord and pagan idols (10:1-16). The second is a two-part reflection on the destruction that lay ahead for the idol worshipers (10:17-18, 19-22). The third part is a prayer for God to act with restraint in the coming judgment and not to allow the pagan nations to go unpunished (10:23-25).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
