OET (OET-LV) So_as to_know all_of the_peoples_of the_earth/land if/because_that YHWH he the_ʼElohīm there_is_not still_more.
OET (OET-RV) so that all the people groups in the worlds would know that Yahweh is the god—there’s no other besides him.
Note 1 topic: writing-pronouns
יְהוָ֖ה ה֣וּא הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים
YHWH he/it the=ʼElohīm
Solomon is stating the pronoun he separately, even though the name Yahweh already includes this meaning. He is doing that in order to emphasize the contrast between Yahweh, who is the only true God, and the so-called gods of the other peoples of the earth, which are not gods at all. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing the meaning here. See how you translated the expression “he, he cursed” in [2:8](../02/08.md), which similarly uses an explicit pronoun to draw a contrast. Alternate translation: [Yahweh is the only true God]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
