The expression her flow and the fountain of her blood refer to a woman’s genitals during her normal menstruation. Similar to the euphemism “to uncover one’s nakedness,” uncovering a woman’s genitals during menstruation is thought to bring shame on both her and the man involved. Alternate translation: [he has exposed her genitals during her normal menstruation and so shamed her, and she has uncovered the source of her genital bleeding and so brought shame on herself]
