OET (OET-LV) Not please let_her_be like_(the)_person whom in_his/its_coming_out from_the_womb_of his/its_mother and_it_was_eaten (the)_half_of his_flesh_of_his.
OET (OET-RV) Don’t let her be like a still-born baby that’s already starting to decompose when its mother gives birth to it.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / simile
אַל־נָ֥א תְהִ֖י כַּמֵּ֑ת אֲשֶׁ֤ר בְּצֵאתוֹ֙ מֵרֶ֣חֶם אִמּ֔וֹ וַיֵּאָכֵ֖ל חֲצִ֥י בְשָׂרֽוֹ
not now be like_(the),[person] which/who in=his/its=coming_out from,the_womb_of his/its=mother and,it_was_eaten half_of his_flesh_of,his
The point of this comparison is that just as one having died has decaying flesh, so Miriam has decaying flesh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could make this point explicitly. Alternate translation: [May her skin not be like the skin of the one having died, who, when he comes out from the womb of his mother, then half of his flesh was eaten]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
בְּצֵאתוֹ֙ מֵרֶ֣חֶם אִמּ֔וֹ
in=his/its=coming_out from,the_womb_of his/its=mother
The author is using when he comes out from the womb of his mother as a common expression of his culture to mean “when he is born.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [when he is born]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וַיֵּאָכֵ֖ל חֲצִ֥י בְשָׂרֽוֹ
and,it_was_eaten half_of his_flesh_of,his
The expression was eaten is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [then half of his flesh has wasted away] or [then half of his flesh has rotted]

OET (OET-RV) Don’t let her be like a still-born baby that’s already starting to decompose when its mother gives birth to it.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
