OET (OET-LV) And all the messengers had_stood around the throne, and the elders, and the four living_creatures, and they_fell before the throne on the faces of_them, and they_prostrated the before_god
OET (OET-RV) Then all the messengers stood around the throne, and around the elders and the four living beings. The messengers all knelt down in front of the throne with their faces to the ground and worshipped God
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
ἔπεσαν & ἐπὶ τὰ πρόσωπα αὐτῶν
˱they˲_fell & on the faces ˱of˲_them
Be sure that it is clear in your translation that the angels and elders and living creatures did not fall down accidentally. They bowed down in front of the throne as a gesture to honor God. Alternate translation: “they bowed down with their faces to the ground”
7:1-17 Three interludes occur in chs 6–14 (ch 7; 10:1–11:14; 12:1–14:20) to define the place of God’s holy people and to provide perspective on the previous scenes. In this first interlude before the seventh seal is broken, two visions communicate how God protects his people and assures them of his calling.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
