Ziba is speaking about David respectfully and about himself humbly in the third person. Ziba is using a verb form that describes action in the present. The implication is that he will do not just what David has commanded him on this occasion but also anything further that David might command him in the future regarding Mephibosheth. Use an appropriate verb form in your language to convey this sense.
