Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
(Occurrence 0) with all their heart and with all their soul
(Some words not found in UHB: and,return to,you in=all heart_of,their and=on/over=all soul_of,their in=land captivity_of,their which/who taken_captive DOM=them and,pray road/way_of land_of,their which/who you(ms)_put to,ancestors_of,their and,the,city which/who chosen and,toward_the,house which/who built for,name_of,your )
The idioms “with all their heart” means “completely” and “with all their soul” means “with all their being.” These two phrases have similar meanings. Alternate translation: “completely” (See also: figs-doublet)

6:21-39 In his covenant with Israel, the Lord established blessings and life as consequences of obedience, and curses and death as consequences of disobedience (Deut 27:11–28:68; 30:15-18). Solomon prayed for God to hear . . . and forgive when the people failed to keep God’s covenant. The seven “if-then” petitions of his prayer represented any future situation that the people of the covenant might encounter. In each case, Solomon described the situation and asked God to intervene to help his people.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
