Solomon is using a construction in which a verb and its object come from the same root. You may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternatively, your language may have another way of saying this. Alternate translation: [the transgressions that they have committed against you]

וּ⁠נְתַתָּ֧⁠ם לְ⁠רַחֲמִ֛ים לִ⁠פְנֵ֥י שֹׁבֵי⁠הֶ֖ם

Here, to the face of represents being in front of their captors, where their captors can see them. So it means “in the regard of” their captors. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [And may you give them compassion in the regard of their captors] or [And may you cause their captors to feel mercifully toward them]

וְ⁠רִֽחֲמֽוּ⁠ם

and,they,will_have_compassion_on_them

By may they have compassion on them, Solomon means that the captors would show mercy to the Israelites by allowing them to return to their homeland. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [and may they act mercifully toward them] or [and may they allow them to return to their land]
