OET (OET-LV) And_he_will_spatter_it the_clean_person on the_unclean_person in_the_day the_third and_on_day the_seventh and_he_will_cleanse_him_from_sin in_the_day the_seventh and_he_will_wash clothes_of_his and_he_will_wash with_water and_he_will_be_pure in_evening.
OET (OET-RV) On the third day, that ‘clean’ man must sprinkle that water on the ‘unclean’ ones, and then must purify them on the seventh day. Then he himself must wash his clothes and bathe, and will be ‘unclean’ until that evening.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj
וְהִזָּ֤ה הַטָּהֹר֙ עַל־הַטָּמֵ֔א
and,he_will_spatter_[it] the_clean,[person] on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the_unclean,[person]
Yahweh is using the adjectives clean and unclean as nouns to mean certain kinds of people. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate these adjectives with equivalent phrases. Alternate translation: [And the clean person shall sprinkle on the unclean person]
Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns
וְכִבֶּ֧ס בְּגָדָ֛יו וְרָחַ֥ץ בַּמַּ֖יִם
and,he_will_wash clothes_of,his and,he_will_wash with,water
The pronoun he refers to the person who was purified, not to the one who performed the sprinkling. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [and the unclean person shall wash his clothes and bathe in the water]
Note 3 topic: writing-pronouns
וְחִטְּאוֹ֙
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_will_spatter_[it] the_clean,[person] on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the_unclean,[person] in_the=day the=third and,on,day the=seventh and,he,will_cleanse_him_from_sin in_the=day the=seventh and,he_will_wash clothes_of,his and,he_will_wash with,water and,he_will_be_pure in,evening )
Here, the pronoun him refers to the unclean one. The pronoun he could refer to: (1) the clean one. In this case, the phrase refers to the clean person sprinkling the water on the unclean person. Alternate translation: [And the clean one shall purify the unclean one] (2) the unclean one. In this case, the phrase indicates that the unclean person must successfully complete the ritual to become clean. Alternate translation: [And the unclean one shall purify himself]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
