uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

בָּר֥וּךְ יְהוָ֑ה

(Some words not found in UHB: blessed YHWH that/for/because/then/when heard sound/voice my_supplications_of,my )

The expression Blessed be is a passive verbal form. The psalmist is expressing his desire to praise Yahweh. If it would be unnatural to use that form for this purpose, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [I bless Yahweh] or [I will praise Yahweh]

Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result

בָּר֥וּךְ יְהוָ֑ה כִּי־שָׁ֝מַע ק֣וֹל תַּחֲנוּנָֽי

(Some words not found in UHB: blessed YHWH that/for/because/then/when heard sound/voice my_supplications_of,my )

If it would be more natural in your language, you could reverse the order of these phrases, since the second phrase gives the reason for the result that the first phrase describes. Alternate translation: [Because he has heard the voice of my pleas, blessed be Yahweh]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

שָׁ֝מַע ק֣וֹל תַּחֲנוּנָֽי

(Some words not found in UHB: blessed YHWH that/for/because/then/when heard sound/voice my_supplications_of,my )

Here, voice represents the words that David spoke. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [he has heard my pleas]
