The psalmist is speaking as if he were actually in a legal proceeding and wanted God to take his side, as if he were a judge who would Vindicate him or a defense attorney who would plead his case. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Recognize that I am innocent and defend me]

The psalmist is using a construction in which a verb and its object come from the same root. If you decide to retain the legal image in your translation, you may be able to use the same construction in your language to express the meaning here. Alternate translation: [and plead my case]

מֵ֤⁠אִישׁ־מִרְמָ֖ה וְ⁠עַוְלָ֣ה

The psalmist is not referring to a specific man. He means all of the people who are acting in a deceitful and unjust way toward him. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [from these deceitful and unjust people] or [from every deceitful and unjust person]
