הַֽלְל֣וּ אֶת־יְ֭הוָה מִן־הַ⁠שָּׁמַ֑יִם הַֽ֝לְל֗וּ⁠הוּ בַּ⁠מְּרוֹמִֽים

praise DOM YHWH from/more_than (Some words not found in UHB: praise Yah praise DOM YHWH from/more_than the=heavens praise,him in,heights )

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could combine them and express the emphasis in another way. Another approach would be to connect the phrases with a word that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. See how you as a team have decided to translate the parallel phrases in the Psalms, and follow that approach here and throughout this psalm. Alternate translation: [Praise Yahweh, all of you who are in the heavens above]

הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ

praise Yah

The words Hallelu Yah are Hebrew words, containing a plural command to praise Yahweh. You will need to decide if you will use these words in their Hebrew form or if you will instead translate the meaning into your language. Either approach has broad support. If you use the Hebrew words, you could spell them the way that they sound in your language and then put the translation in a footnote. Alternate translation: [Halleluia] or [Praise Yah]

Yah

Yah is a shortened form of the name “Yahweh,” the God of Israel. You could use the full name if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [Yahweh]
