David is using the imperative form Give to make a polite request to God rather than to give a command. If the imperative form would not communicate a polite request in your language, you could use a different form that would communicate a polite request. [Please give them … please give to them … please return to them] or [I ask that you give them … I ask that you give to them … I ask that you return to them]

תֶּן־לָ⁠הֶ֣ם כְּ⁠פָעֳלָ⁠ם֮ וּ⁠כְ⁠רֹ֪עַ מַֽעַלְלֵ֫י⁠הֶ֥ם כְּ⁠מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יְ֭דֵי⁠הֶם תֵּ֣ן לָ⁠הֶ֑ם

These two phrases mean basically the same thing. The second emphasizes the meaning of the first by repeating the same idea with different words. Hebrew poetry was based on this kind of repetition, and you may want to show this to your readers by including both phrases in your translation. If it is helpful, you could connect the phrases in a way that shows that the second phrase is repeating the first one, not saying something additional. Alternate translation: [Give to them according to their work, yes, according to the evil of their deeds and the work of their hands]

By their work, David means the evil deeds and wicked actions of his enemies that he mentioned in the previous verse. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [according to their evil actions] or [according to what their wicked deeds deserve]
