uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

וַיֹּרֵ֗ם אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים חֵ֥ץ

(Some words not found in UHB: plot crimes perfected plot conceived and_[the],inner_being_of (a)_man and_[the],heart deep )

David is speaking of God judging his enemies as if he were shooting an arrow at them. If this image communicates well in your language, please use it. If not, you could express this as a comparison. Alternate translation: [God will strike his enemies suddenly, like a warrior who shoots an arrow at them]

Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-logic-contrast

וַיֹּרֵ֗ם אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים

(Some words not found in UHB: plot crimes perfected plot conceived and_[the],inner_being_of (a)_man and_[the],heart deep )

The psalmist uses the word But here to indicate a contrast between the evildoers’ plans and God’s response. In your translation, indicate this contrast in a way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [However, God will shoot] or [In contrast, God will shoot]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / irony

פִּתְא֑וֹם הָ֝י֗וּ מַכּוֹתָֽם

(Some words not found in UHB: plot crimes perfected plot conceived and_[the],inner_being_of (a)_man and_[the],heart deep )

The psalmist actually means to communicate the opposite of the literal meaning of what he is saying here. He describes the wounding of the wicked as happening suddenly, just as the wicked planned to wound the innocent suddenly (verse 4). If a speaker of your language would not do that, you could translate the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [they will receive the sudden wounds they planned for others]
