If it would be more natural in your language, you may want to put the information about Yahweh on high is mighty before the comparisons than the sounds of many waters and than the mighty breakers of the sea. Alternate translation: [Yahweh on high is mightier than the sounds of many waters, than the mighty breakers of the sea]

By breakers of the sea, the psalmist means the waves of the sea that crash onto the shore. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [than the mighty waves of the sea crashing on land]

Here the psalmist is speaking as if God were actually in a place on high. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who is greater than everything else]
