OET (OET-RV) So here’s my advice to you all: pull back from killing these men and allow them to continue, because if this teaching and goings on is man-made, it’ll be overthrown,

Gamaliel uses this expression to shift the council members’ attention away from the stories of Theudas and Judas so that he could give them some direct advice. In your translation, use a word, phrase, or other method in your language that would be natural for this same purpose.
Note 1 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result
καὶ
and
Gamaliel is using the word translated And to introduce what he wants the council to conclude as a result of the two examples he has given. Alternate translation: “So”
ἀπόστητε ἀπὸ τῶν ἀνθρώπων τούτων καὶ ἄφετε αὐτούς
withdraw from ¬the men these and allow them
When Gamaliel tells the council to keep away from these men, he implicitly means that they should not execute them, as 5:33 says they wanted to do. Alternate translation: “do not execute these men or put them back in prison”
ἐὰν ᾖ ἐξ ἀνθρώπων, ἡ βουλὴ αὕτη ἢ τὸ ἔργον τοῦτο
if ˱it˲_may_be from humans ¬the counsel this or ¬the work this
Alternate translation: “if men have devised this plan or are doing this work”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / gendernotations
ἀνθρώπων
men
Gamaliel is using the term men in a generic sense to mean “humans.” Since he contrasts from men here with “from God” in the next verse, it may be appropriate to add the word “mere” to help show that contrast. Alternate translation: “mere humans”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
καταλυθήσεται
/will_be_being/_torn_down
If it would be helpful in your language, you could state this with an active form. Alternate translation: “someone will destroy it” or “it will not last”
5:17-40 The success of the apostles’ ministry again aroused strong opposition (cp. 4:1-3). The wealthy and powerful Sadducees controlled the Temple establishment and had a Temple police force at their disposal. They opposed belief in the resurrection and were determined not to allow the apostles to proclaim their message about the resurrection of Jesus unchallenged. They also sensed that their hold on the Jewish people was loosening, so, filled with jealousy, they attacked the apostles.
OET (OET-LV) And now I_am_saying the things to_you_all, withdraw from the these men and allow them, because if this the counsel or this the work it_may_be from humans, will_be_being_torn_down,
OET (OET-RV) So here’s my advice to you all: pull back from killing these men and allow them to continue, because if this teaching and goings on is man-made, it’ll be overthrown,
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
