OET (OET-LV) And_you_will_listen to the_supplication_of your_servant_of_your and_people_of_your Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) which they_will_pray to the_place the_this and_you(ms) you_will_hear to the_place_of your_dwelling to the_heavens and_you_will_hear and_you_will_forgive.
OET (OET-RV) Listen to your servant’s plea for favour, and the prayers that your people Yisrael will pray toward this place. Keep listening from where you live in the heavens, and hear and forgive.

תְּחִנַּ֤ת & אֲשֶׁ֥ר יִֽתְפַּֽלְל֖וּ
(Some words not found in UHB: and,you_will_listen to/towards plea_of your_servant_of,your and,people_of,your Yisrael which/who pray to/towards the,place the=this and=you(ms) hear to/towards place/spot of,your_dwelling to/towards the=heavens and,you_will_hear and,you_will_forgive )
Solomon is not referring to a specific supplication. He means supplications in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. Alternate translation: [any supplication … that they may make]
Note 2 topic: writing-pronouns
וְ֠אַתָּה תִּשְׁמַ֞ע
(Some words not found in UHB: and,you_will_listen to/towards plea_of your_servant_of,your and,people_of,your Yisrael which/who pray to/towards the,place the=this and=you(ms) hear to/towards place/spot of,your_dwelling to/towards the=heavens and,you_will_hear and,you_will_forgive )
See the discussion in the introduction to this chapter of Solomon’s use of the explicit pronoun “you” in this phrase that he repeats several times in his prayer. Alternate translation: [And as they are praying, may you hear]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
תִּשְׁמַ֞ע אֶל־מְק֤וֹם שִׁבְתְּךָ֙
(Some words not found in UHB: and,you_will_listen to/towards plea_of your_servant_of,your and,people_of,your Yisrael which/who pray to/towards the,place the=this and=you(ms) hear to/towards place/spot of,your_dwelling to/towards the=heavens and,you_will_hear and,you_will_forgive )
The implication is that Solomon expects God to hear and respond from his dwelling place in heaven. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers, here and in verses 39, 43, and 49. Alternate translation: [may you pay attention and respond from the place of your dwelling]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet
אֶל־מְק֤וֹם שִׁבְתְּךָ֙ אֶל־הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם
to/towards to/towards to/towards place/spot to/towards (Some words not found in UHB: and,you_will_listen to/towards plea_of your_servant_of,your and,people_of,your Yisrael which/who pray to/towards the,place the=this and=you(ms) hear to/towards place/spot of,your_dwelling to/towards the=heavens and,you_will_hear and,you_will_forgive )
The terms in the place of your dwelling and in the heavens mean similar things. Solomon is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase, here and in verses 39, 43, and 49. Alternate translation: [in the heavens where you dwell]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / hendiadys
וְשָׁמַעְתָּ֖ וְסָלָֽחְתָּ
(Some words not found in UHB: and,you_will_listen to/towards plea_of your_servant_of,your and,people_of,your Yisrael which/who pray to/towards the,place the=this and=you(ms) hear to/towards place/spot of,your_dwelling to/towards the=heavens and,you_will_hear and,you_will_forgive )
The phrase hear and forgive expresses a single idea. The word forgive tells in what way Solomon is asking Yahweh to hear (that is, answer) the prayer. If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this meaning in a different way, here and in verses 34, 36, and 39. Alternate translation: [and may you answer by forgiving]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
