The phrase your servants and your people Israel expresses a single idea. The word servants defines and describes who your people Israel are. If it would be more natural in your language, you could express this meaning in a different way. Alternate translation: [your servants, the people of Israel]

In that case, he would actually be referring to a recent past event viewed from a future perspective. Your language may have a verb form that you could use to indicate this.
