The gate of Sur is mentioned only here in the Bible, so interpreters are not certain what this name means. Some understand it to be one of the gates of the palace courtyard, perhaps a side exit. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could suggest this meaning. However, it might be simplest to use the name of the gate without describing it, as the UST does. Alternate translation: [shall be at the side gate of the palace courtyard]

בַּשַּׁ֖עַר אַחַ֣ר הָרָצִ֑ים
(Some words not found in UHB: and,the_third,[part] at,the_gate_of Sur and,the_third,[part] at,gate after the,runners and,you(pl)_will_keep DOM post_of of,the_house take_turns )
This expression seems to describe a gate that the palace guards stood in front of, so it was probably the main gate of the palace courtyard. You could indicate this explicitly in your translation if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [shall be at the main gate of the palace courtyard]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
