This is Yahweh’s message to King Ahaziah. Alternate translation: “Therefore Yahweh says to King Ahaziah”

(Occurrence 0) You will not come down from the bed to where you have gone up
(Some words not found in UHB: and,to/for, thus he/it_had_said YHWH the,bed which/who gone there not come_down from=her/it that/for/because/then/when to_die you(ms)_will_die and=he/it_went ʼĒliyyāh )
When King Ahaziah was injured, he was placed in a bed. Yahweh said that he will never become well and be able to get out of the bed. Alternate translation: “You will not recover and you will not get up from the bed on which you are lying”
1:3-4 The angel of the Lord does not seem to be a christophany in the book of Kings, as in other Old Testament texts (e.g., Judg 6:11-18).
• Elijah, who had previously confronted Ahaziah’s father, Ahab, had a twofold message for the king: a condemnation for failure to acknowledge that Yahweh, not Baal, is God (see 1 Kgs 18:16-18), and a pronouncement of doom (see 1 Kgs 21:17-24).
OET (OET-LV) And_to/for thus he_says YHWH the_bed where you_have_gone_up there not you_will_come_down from_her/it if/because surely_(die) you_will_die and_he/it_went ʼĒliyyāh.
OET (OET-RV) Becase of that, Yahweh says that the king won’t get out of the bed that he’s lying in—he’s definitely going to die.”
¶ So Eliyyah told them and continued on his way.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
