OET (OET-LV) And_therefore thus YHWH he_says the_bed where you_have_gone_up there not you_will_come_down from_her/it if/because surely_(die) you_will_die and_ ʼĒliyyāh _he/it_went.
OET (OET-RV) Because of that, Yahweh says that the king won’t get out of the bed that he’s lying in—he’s definitely going to die.”
¶ So Eliyah told them and continued on his way.

וְלָכֵן֙ כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הַמִּטָּ֞ה אֲשֶׁר־עָלִ֥יתָ שָּׁ֛ם לֹֽא־תֵרֵ֥ד מִמֶּ֖נָּה כִּ֣י מ֣וֹת תָּמ֑וּת
and,,therefore (Some words not found in UHB: and,,therefore thus he/it_had_said YHWH the,bed which/who gone there not come_down from=her/it that/for/because/then/when to_die you(ms)_will_die and=he/it_went ʼĒliyyāh )
There are three levels of quotation here. The author is quoting what the angel said to Elijah (level 1), continuing from the previous verse. This includes what Elijah was supposed to say to the messengers, also continuing from the previous verse (level 2). The angel then tells Elijah what he wants the messengers to say to Ahaziah (level 3). Use the appropriate punctuation in your language to mark these levels of quotation. Alternatively, you could translate this so that there are not second-level or third-level quotations.

וְלָכֵן֙ כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הַמִּטָּ֞ה אֲשֶׁר־עָלִ֥יתָ שָּׁ֛ם לֹֽא־תֵרֵ֥ד מִמֶּ֖נָּה כִּ֣י מ֣וֹת תָּמ֑וּת

If it would be clearer in your language, you could translate this so that there is not a quotation within a quotation. Alternate translation: [And tell him that because he has done this, Yahweh says that he will never get off the bed that he is lying on. Instead, dying, he will die.]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
הַמִּטָּ֞ה אֲשֶׁר־עָלִ֥יתָ שָּׁ֛ם
(Some words not found in UHB: and,,therefore thus he/it_had_said YHWH the,bed which/who gone there not come_down from=her/it that/for/because/then/when to_die you(ms)_will_die and=he/it_went ʼĒliyyāh )
People of this culture typically spoke of a person going up onto a bed. Your language may have an expression of its own for this that you can use in your translation, here and in verse 15. You could also use plain language. Alternate translation: [The bed that you have climbed into] or [The bed on which you are lying]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication
מ֣וֹת תָּמ֑וּת
to_die (Some words not found in UHB: and,,therefore thus he/it_had_said YHWH the,bed which/who gone there not come_down from=her/it that/for/because/then/when to_die you(ms)_will_die and=he/it_went ʼĒliyyāh )
Yahweh is repeating forms of the verb die in order to intensify his expression of the idea that it conveys. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the intensification, here and in verse 16. Alternate translation: [you will surely die]
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
