הָאִ֛ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִבְחַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה ה֣וּא הַקָּד֑וֹשׁ
the=man which/who chooses YHWH he/it [will,be]_the_holy_[person]
It might seem that the expression the man whom Yahweh chooses, he is the holy one contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you could shorten it. Alternate translation: [the man whom Yahweh chooses is the holy one]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
רַב־לָכֶ֖ם
great//chief/captain to/for=you(pl)
Moses is using the phrase Great to you as a common expression of his culture to mean “You take too much authority” or “You make too much of yourselves.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. See how you translated the similar phrase in [verse 3](../16/03.md). Alternate translation: [You make much of yourselves] or [You take too much authority]
Note 5 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בְּנֵ֥י לֵוִֽי
sons_of Lēvī
Here, Moses is speaking as if all the people who were descended from Levi were actually sons of Levi. Your language may have a comparable expression that you cantt use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [men descended from Levi]

OET (OET-RV) and put burning coals and incense in them, and bring them to Yahweh’s presence tomorrow. Then the man that Yahweh chooses will be the sacred one. It’s you Levites who think you’re great.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
