The expression Blessed be is a passive verbal form. The psalmist is expressing his desire to praise Yahweh. If it would be unnatural to use that form for this purpose, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [We bless Yahweh] or [Let us praise Yahweh]

Here David is speaking of the enemies attacking and destroying Israel as if they were predatory animals that could devour Israel as prey with their teeth. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [who did not hand us over to be destroyed by our enemies]

The pronoun their refers to the enemies described as “man” in verse 2 and “they” in verse 3. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [for the teeth of our enemies]
