TSNTyndale Study Notes:

15:4 Who will not fear . . . and glorify your name? This rhetorical question (cp. Jer 10:7) assumes that only a fool would fail to do so (cp. Rev 14:7; 16:9; see Pss 14:1; 53:1).
• God alone is holy: See Rev 16:5; Lev 11:44; 1 Pet 1:16. God’s holiness is the basis for our worship and salvation.
• All nations will . . . worship: Some will be forced to acknowledge God (cp. Phil 2:10-11), but all will recognize that God’s deeds and judgments have been revealed and are righteous and just.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / rquestion

τίς οὐ μὴ φοβηθῇ, Κύριε, καὶ δοξάσει τὸ ὄνομά σου & ?

who by_no_means not /may_be/_afraid Lord and /will_be/_glorifying the name ˱of˲_you

The victorious believers are using the question form for emphasis. If you would not use the question form for this purpose in your language, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. Alternate translation: [Everyone should fear you, Lord, and glorify your name]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

δοξάσει τὸ ὄνομά σου

/will_be/_glorifying the name ˱of˲_you

Here, name represents the character and reputation of person by association with the way that each person has a name. Alternate translation: [praise you for your excellent character]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor

ἐνώπιόν σου

before you

Here the word before means “in front of” or “in the presence of” another person. Alternate translation: [in your presence]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive

τὰ δικαιώματά σου ἐφανερώθησαν

the the just_acts ˱of˲_you /were/_revealed

If your language does not use this passive form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: [you have manifested your righteous deeds]
