4 And Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) full of_the_ holy _spirit, returned from the Yordanaʸs/(Yarddēn), and was _being _led by the spirit in the wilderness, 2 being _tempted forty days by the devil.
And he_ not _ate nothing in the those days, and them having _been _completed, he _hungered.
3 And the devil said to _him:
If you _are the_son of_ the _god, say the to_ this _stone that it _may _become bread.
4 And the Yaʸsous answered to him:

6 And the devil said to _him:

8 And the Yaʸsous answering said to _him:
It _has _been _written, you _will _be _prostrating Before_the_master the god of _you and only unto _him you _will _be _serving.
9 And he _led him to Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim), and stood on the pinnacle of _the temple, and he _said to _him:
If you _are the_son of_ the _god, throw yourself down from _here, 10 for/because it _has _been _written, that he _will _be _commanding To _the messengers of _him concerning you, which to _guard you, 11 and, that they _will _be _carrying you In ^their_hands, lest you _may _strike the foot of _you against a_stone.
12 And answering the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) said to _him, that It _has _been _said:
You will_ not _be _testing the_master the god of _you.
13 And having _completed every temptation, the devil withdrew from him until a_season.
14 And the Yaʸsous returned in the power of _the spirit to the Galilaia/(Gālīl).
And a_news came _out to all the surrounding _region concerning him.
15 And he was _teaching in the synagogues of _them, being _glorified by all.
16 And he _came to Nazaret, where he _was having _been _brought _up, and he _came _in according _to that having _been _accustomed to _him, on the day of _the days _of _rest into the synagogue, and he _stood _up to _read.
17 And the_scroll of _the prophet Aʸsaias/(Yəshaˊ^yāh) was _handed _out to _him, and having _opened _up the scroll, he _found the place where it _was having _been _written, 18 The_spirit of_the_master is on me, of _which on _account he _anointed me to _good _message _preach to_the_poor, he _has _sent_ me _out to _proclaim forgiveness to _captives, and regained _sight to_the_blind, having _been _oppressed to _send _out in forgiveness, 19 to _proclaim the_ acceptable _year of_the_master.
20 And having _rolled _up the scroll having _given _back it to _the attendant, he _sat _down and the eyes of _all in the synagogue were looking _intently at _him.
21 And he _began to _be _saying to them, that Today this the scripture has _been _fulfilled in the ears of _you _all.
22 And all were _testifying to _him, and were _marvelling at the messages of_ the _grace which going _out out _of the mouth of _him, and they _were _saying, is this Not the_son of _Yōsaʸf/(Yōşēf)?
23 And he _said to them:
Certainly you _all _will _be _saying to _me the this parable:
Physician, heal yourself, as _much _as we _heard having _become in the Kafarnaʼoum, also do here in the hometown of _you.
24 And he _said:
Truly, I _am _saying to _you _all that not _one prophet is acceptable in the hometown of _him.
25 But in truth I _am _saying to _you _all, were many widows in the days of _Aʸlias/(ʼĒliy^yāh) in the Israaʸl/(Yisrā^ʼēl), when the sky was _shut for three years and six months when a_ great _famine became on all the land, 26 and Aʸlias was _sent to no _one of _them, except not/lest to Sarepta/(Tsₑrəfat) of _the Sidōn/(Tsīdōn)ian region, to the_ widow _woman.
27 And many lepers were in the Israaʸl/(Yisrā^ʼēl), during Elissaios/(ʼₑlīshāˊ) the prophet, and no _one of _them was _cleansed, except not/lest Neʼeman/(Naˊₐmān) the from _Suria.
28 And all in the synagogue were _filled with _rage hearing these things, 29 and having _risen _up, they _throw _out him out of _the city, and they _led him to the_brow of _the mountain on which the city of _them had _been _built, so _as to _throw_ him _down.
30 But he, having _passed _through through the_midst of _them, was _going.
31 And he _came _down to Kafarnaʼoum, a_city of_ the _Galilaia/(Gālīl).
And he _was teaching them on the days _of _rest.
32 And they _were _being _astonished at the teaching of _him, because the message of _him was with authority.
33 And in the synagogue was a_man having a_spirit of_a_ unclean _demon, and he _cried _out with_a_ loud _voice, 34 Ha.
What to _us and to _you, Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa) Nazaraʸnos?
Came _you to _destroy us?
I _have _known who you are, the holy one of_ the _god.
35 And the Yaʸsous gave _rebuke to _it saying:
Be _silenced, and come _out from him.
And the demon having _thrown_ him _down into the midst, came _out from him, nothing having _harmed him.
36 And amazement became on all, and they _were _conversing _with to one _another saying:
What is the this message, that with authority and power he _is _commanding to _the unclean spirits, and they _are _coming _out?
37 And the_report concerning him was _going _out into every place of _the surrounding _region.
38 And from the synagogue having _risen _up, he _came _in into the house of _Simōn.
And the_mother _in _law of_ the _Simōn was being _gripped _with with_a_ great _fever, and they _asked to _him about her.
39 And having _stood _by over her, he _gave _rebuke to _the fever, and it _left her, and immediately having _stood _up, she _was _serving unto _them.
40 And at_the_setting of _the sun, all as _many _as were _having ailing ones with_ various _diseases, they _brought them to him, and he laying _on his hands to _one each of _them, was _healing them.
41 And also demons was _coming _out from many, crying _out and saying, that You are the son of_ the _god.
But giving _rebuke, he _was_ not _allowing them to _be _speaking, because they _had _known him to _be the chosen _one /messiah.
42 And having _become day, having _come _out he _was _gone into a_desolate place, and the crowds were _seeking _after him, and they _came up _to him, and they _were _restraining him which to_ not _be _going from them.
43 But he said to them, that it _is _fitting me also to _good _message _preach the kingdom of_ the _god to _the other cities, because I _was _sent _out for this.
44 And he _was proclaiming in the synagogues the of _Youdaia.
