TSNTyndale Study Notes:

4:41 You are the Son of God! This was a title for the Messiah (see 2 Sam 7:14; Pss 2:7; 89:26-27). Luke often links the titles “Christ” and “Son of God” (Luke 9:35; 22:66-71; Acts 9:20, 22).
• he . . . refused to let them speak: Jesus often showed his authority over demons by silencing them. He wanted to reveal his identity in his own way, not through their announcement.

UTNuW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

ἐξήρχετο & καὶ δαιμόνια

/was/_coming_out & also demons

The implication is that Jesus made the demons leave the people they were controlling. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could state that explicitly. Alternate translation: “Jesus also forced demons to come out”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / hendiadys

κραυγάζοντα καὶ λέγοντα

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: ἐξήρχετο δὲ καὶ δαιμόνια ἀπὸ πολλῶν κράζοντα καὶ λέγοντα ὅτι σὺ εἶ ὁ Υἱὸς τοῦ Θεοῦ καὶ ἐπιτιμῶν οὐκ εἴα αὐτὰ λαλεῖν ὅτι ᾔδεισαν τὸν Χριστὸν αὐτὸν εἶναι)

Luke is expressing a single idea by using two words connected with and. The verb crying out tells how they were saying what follows. If it would be helpful in your language, you could express the meaning with a single phrase. Alternate translation: “screaming”

Note 3 topic: guidelines-sonofgodprinciples

ὁ Υἱὸς τοῦ Θεοῦ

the Son ¬the ˱of˲_God

Son of God is an important title for Jesus.
