The word translated as therefore indicates that what follows is a result of what came before. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that what follows is a result of what came before. Alternate translation: [as a result, behold, I am giving you to the sons of the east as a possession. And they will set their encampments in you, and they will put their dwellings in you. They, they will eat your fruit, and they, they will drink your milk]

Yahweh is using behold, I am giving you as a common expression of the culture to mean “I am about to give you.” If this phrase does not have that meaning for your readers, you could use a comparable expression from your language that does have that meaning, or you could state the meaning plainly. The pronoun They refers to the sons of the east. Yahweh repeats the pronoun in order to emphasize that they, and not the Ammonites, will enjoy what the land produces. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: [Those easterners themselves will eat your fruit]
