Note 1 topic: translate-versebridge
In this verse and the next verse, Yahweh is asking the Israelites a long question, using the question form for emphasis. If a speaker of your language would not use the question form for that purpose, you could translate this as a statement or as an exclamation. In order to do that, you could create a verse bridge for verses 11–12. You might have Yahweh say something like this: “When the Egyptians and Amorites and Ammonites and Philistines and Sidonians and Amalekites and Maonites oppressed you, you cried out to me, and I saved you from their hand!”
10:6-16 The Lord responded to his people’s total apostasy by allowing crushing oppression (10:8). As usual, Israel cried out to the Lord for help (10:10) only after experiencing great distress (10:9). Normally, Israel’s cry led to divine intervention, but God’s decision to leave them to their chosen gods marks a shift in the cycle described in 2:10-19. Only when the Israelites put aside their foreign gods and served the Lord did he again act to redeem them (10:17–11:33).

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
