μὴ καὶ ἡμεῖς τυφλοί ἐσμεν?

(Some words not found in SR-GNT: ἤκουσαν ἐκ Τῶν Φαρισαίων ταῦτα οἱ μετʼ αὐτοῦ ὄντες καί εἶπον αὐτῷ μή Καί ἡμεῖς τυφλοί ἐσμέν)

Several Pharisees are using a rhetorical question here to emphasize that they do not think that they are spiritually blind. If you would not use a rhetorical question for this purpose in your language, you could translate his words as a statement or an exclamation and communicate the emphasis in another way. Alternate translation: [We surely are not also blind!]

μὴ καὶ ἡμεῖς τυφλοί ἐσμεν?

Here the Pharisees use blind to refer to not knowing God’s truth. If this might confuse your readers, you could express the meaning plainly or use a simile. Alternate translation: [We are not also ignorant of God’s truth, are we?]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

9:1-41 At the Festival of Shelters (chs 7–8), Jesus claimed to be the light of the world (8:12). Now John tells about Jesus giving light, both physically and spiritually, to a blind man who lived in darkness (see 9:5). The story ends with a splendid reversal of roles: The blind man who was assumed to be in spiritual darkness could see God’s light, whereas the Pharisees, who could see physically and were thought to be enlightened, were shown to be spiritually blind.
