OET (OET-LV)Therefore again the Farisaios_party they_were_asking him also how he_received_sight.
And he said to_them:
He_put_on clay on the eyes of_me, and I_washed, and I_am_seeing.

OET (OET-RV)and because of this, some in the Pharisee party asked him how it was that now he could see. And he answered, “Well, he put a slurry on my eyes and when I washed them, I could see.”

Here, again means that this is the second time people questioned the blind man whom Jesus had healed. It does not mean that this is the second time the Pharisees questioned him. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [Then, in addition to his neighbors questioning him, the Pharisees also began asking him]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

9:1-41 At the Festival of Shelters (chs 7–8), Jesus claimed to be the light of the world (8:12). Now John tells about Jesus giving light, both physically and spiritually, to a blind man who lived in darkness (see 9:5). The story ends with a splendid reversal of roles: The blind man who was assumed to be in spiritual darkness could see God’s light, whereas the Pharisees, who could see physically and were thought to be enlightened, were shown to be spiritually blind.

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
