Not one of all the LORD’s good promises to the house of Israel had failed;
None of the good words which Yahweh had spoken to Israel were left undone.
There was no promise which Yahweh had made to the people of Israel which he did not keep.
Not one of all the LORD’s good promises to the house of Israel had failed: This clause is more literally, “Not a word fell from all the good words that Yahweh spoke to the house of Israel.”

לֹֽא־נָפַ֣ל דָּבָ֔ר מִכֹּל֙ הַדָּבָ֣ר הַטּ֔וֹב אֲשֶׁר־דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
not failed message from=all (the),word (the),good which/who he/it_had_said YHWH to/towards house_of Yisrael
The author is speaking as if Yahweh’s words were objects that could fall to the ground and be lost. If it would be clearer in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Not a single one of the good words Yahweh had spoken to the house of Israel failed to come true]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / personification
הַכֹּ֖ל בָּֽא
(the),everything he/it_came
The author is speaking of the whole (that is, everything that Yahweh had promised) as if it were a living thing that could come somewhere. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Everything happened just as he said it would]
OET (OET-LV) Not a_message it_fell from_all (the)_message (the)_good which YHWH he_had_spoken to the_house_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) (the)_everything it_came.
OET (OET-RV) Yahweh kept every promise that he’d made to the Israelis—it all happened just like he’d said.
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
