Here, Moses could be speaking about: (1) a new situation, that of a woman who is married when she makes the vow or agreement. This situation is the topic of [30:10–15](../30/10.md). Alternate translation: [And as for a married woman, if in the house of her husband she vowed] (2) the same situation, that of a widowed or divorced woman. In this case, Moses is explaining what the instructions are for vows and agreements she made before her husband died or divorced her. This situation is the topic of [30:10–12](../30/10.md) or [30:10–15](../30/10.md), and the tense of the verbs in those verses should be changed to the far past.
