OET (OET-RV) They must take a young bull along with its grain offering of flour mixed with oil, plus a second young bull for a sin offering.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
בֶּן־בָּקָ֔ר & בֶן־בָּקָ֖ר
son_of herd & son_of herd
Here, Yahweh uses the phrase son of cattle to indicate that the bull was young. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. See how you translated this phrase in [7:15](../07/15.md). Alternate translation: [a young one … a young one]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן
fine_flour mixed with,oil
The expression mixed with the oil is a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. See how you translated this phrase in [6:15](../06/15.md). Alternate translation: [flour that they had mixed with the oil]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / genericnoun
בַשָּׁ֑מֶן
with,oil
Yahweh is not referring to a specific oil. He means oil in general. If it would be helpful to your readers, you could use an expression that would be more natural in your language. See how you translated this phrase in [6:15](../06/15.md). Alternate translation: [with oil]
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וּפַר ־שֵׁנִ֥י בֶן־בָּקָ֖ר תִּקַּ֥ח
and,a_young_bull second son_of herd take
Here, Yahweh could be telling Moses that: (1) he must be the one who offers the second bull. Alternate translation: [And you yourself shall take] (2) he must instruct the Levites to offer the second bull. Alternate translation: [And you shall have them take]
Note 5 topic: translate-ordinal
וּפַר־שֵׁנִ֥י
and,a_young_bull second
If your language would not represent a number in a form such as a second bull, you could represent this number in a form that your language would use. Alternate translation: [another bull] or [bull two]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
