The expression the judgment written is a passive verbal form. If it would be unnatural to use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. If you need to say who does the action, the context indicates that it is God. Alternate translation: [the judgment that God wrote]

חֲסִידָ֗י⁠ו

his_faithful_of,[people]

The psalmist is using the adjective faithful as a noun to mean a certain kind of person. Your language may use adjectives in the same way. If not, you can translate this adjective with an equivalent phrase. Alternate translation: [his faithful ones]

If your language does not use abstract nouns for the ideas of judgment and honor, you could express the same ideas in other ways. Alternate translation: [to judge them as God has decreed … God will honor]

הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ

praise Yah

The words Hallelu Yah are Hebrew words, containing a plural command to praise Yahweh. You will need to decide if you will use these words in their Hebrew form or if you will instead translate the meaning into your language. Either approach has broad support. If you use the Hebrew words, you could spell them the way that they sound in your language and then put the translation in a footnote. Alternate translation: [Halleluia] or [Praise Yah]

Yah

Yah is a shortened form of the name Yahweh. You could use the full form of the name in your translation, as the UST does, or you could represent the shortened form in the way that is most natural in your language.
