The phrase their right hand is full of bribes could mean: (1) that these wicked men are in positions of authority and they accept bribes and make unjust decisions or rulings as a result. Alternate translation: [and their right hand is full of bribes which they have accepted] or (2) that these evil men give bribes to those in positions of authority in order to influence them to make wrong and unjust decisions. Alternate translation: [and they give bribes] or [and they pervert justice by giving bribes]
