BrLXX Ἐὰν ἀποπλανηθῇ, ἐγκαταλείψει αὐτὸν, καὶ παραδώσει αὐτὸν εἰς χεῖρας πτώσεως αὐτοῦ.
(Ean apoplanaʸthaʸ, egkataleipsei auton, kai paradōsei auton eis ⱪeiras ptōseōs autou. )
BrTr But if he go wrong, she will forsake him, and give him over to his own ruin.
WEBBE If he goes astray, she will forsake him,
⇔ and hand him over to his fall.
DRA She will bring upon him fear and dread and trial: and she will scourge him with the affliction of her discipline, till she try him by her laws, and trust his soul.

Wycl It schal brynge in on hym drede, and feer, and preuyng, and it schal turmente hym in the tribulacioun of his doctryn, til it tempte hym in hise thouytis, and bileue to his soule.
(It shall bring in on him dread, and feer, and preuing, and it shall torment him in the tribulation of his doctrine, till it tempt him in his thoughts, and believe to his soul.)
