OET (OET-LV)And until of_which day was_going to_be_becoming, the Paulos was_exhorting all, to_partake of_food saying:
Today the_fourteenth day is, you_all_are_continuing waiting foodless, having_taken nothing.

OET (OET-RV)As they waited for the daylight, Paul encouraged them all to eat something, saying, “Today is our fourteenth day and you’ve had nothing to eat. As we’re waiting,

uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: translate-ordinal

τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτην σήμερον ἡμέραν, προσδοκῶντες & διατελεῖτε

/the/_fourteenth today day_‹is› waiting & ˱you_all˲_/are/_continuing

If your language does not use ordinal numbers, you could use a cardinal number here or an equivalent expression. Alternate translation: [This is now day 14 that you have been anxiously waiting, and you are continuing]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / doublet

ἄσιτοι & μηθὲν προσλαβόμενοι

foodless & nothing /having/_taken

The expressions fasting and having eaten nothing mean similar things. Paul is using the two expressions together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express this emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [to eat nothing at all]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

27:33-35 Paul’s words and actions are those of a true leader who personally assesses a perilous situation, decides on action, and leads others in solving the problem (cp. Neh 1–3; contrast Jon 1). Paul’s positive example and strong faith in God (Acts 27:22-25) encouraged the others to eat and take heart.
