וּ⁠מַלְכוּתָ֨⁠ה וְ⁠שָׁלְטָנָ֜⁠א וּ⁠רְבוּתָ֗⁠א דִּ֚י מַלְכְוָת֙ תְּח֣וֹת כָּל־שְׁמַיָּ֔⁠א יְהִיבַ֕ת לְ⁠עַ֖ם קַדִּישֵׁ֣י עֶלְיוֹנִ֑ין

and,the,kingdom and,the,dominion and,the,greatness that/who kingdoms_of under all/each/any/every the=heavens given to,the_people_of saints_of most_high

If your language does not use the passive form in this way, you can state this in active form or in another way that is natural in your language. Alternate translation: “Then the Most High God will give the kingdom and the dominion of all the earth to his holy people”

וּ⁠מַלְכוּתָ֨⁠ה וְ⁠שָׁלְטָנָ֜⁠א

and,the,kingdom and,the,dominion

These two terms mean basically the same thing and emphasize that this will concern all forms of official authority.

וּ⁠רְבוּתָ֗⁠א דִּ֚י מַלְכְוָת֙

and,the,greatness that/who kingdoms_of

If your language does not use an abstract noun for the idea behind the word greatness, you can express the same idea with an adjective such as “great.” Alternate translation: “everything that is great about the kingdoms”

דִּ֚י מַלְכְוָת֙ תְּח֣וֹת כָּל־שְׁמַיָּ֔⁠א

that/who kingdoms_of under all/each/any/every the=heavens

The idiom under the whole heaven refers to all the kingdoms on earth. Alternate translation: “of all the kingdoms on earth”

מַלְכוּתֵ⁠הּ֙

Alternate translation: “The kingdom of the Most High”

מַלְכ֣וּת עָלַ֔ם

kingdom_of everlasting

Alternate translation: “will be a kingdom that will exist forever” or “will be a kingdom that will never end”
