Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / activepassive
וַיִּתְאַנַּ֨ף יְהוָ֤ה מְאֹד֙
(Some words not found in UHB: and,he_was_angry YHWH very with,Israel and,he,removed_them from=under his/its=faces/face not left only tribe_of Yehuda for=him/it=being_alone )
The expression was exceedingly enraged contains a passive verbal form. If your language would not use that form, you could express the idea in active form or in another way that would be natural in your language. Alternate translation: [And this enraged Yahweh exceedingly]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
מֵעַ֣ל פָּנָ֑יו
from=under (Some words not found in UHB: and,he_was_angry YHWH very with,Israel and,he,removed_them from=under his/its=faces/face not left only tribe_of Yehuda for=him/it=being_alone )
To translate the term face here and in verses 20 and 23, see how you translated the similar expression in [13:23](../13/23.md). Alternate translation: [away from his presence] or [away from the land of Israel]
Note 3 topic: grammar-connect-exceptions
לֹ֣א נִשְׁאַ֔ר רַ֛ק שֵׁ֥בֶט יְהוּדָ֖ה לְבַדּֽוֹ
not (Some words not found in UHB: and,he_was_angry YHWH very with,Israel and,he,removed_them from=under his/its=faces/face not left only tribe_of Yehuda for=him/it=being_alone )
If it would appear in your language that the author was making a statement and then contradicting it, you could reword this as a positive statement. Alternate translation: [The only tribe that was left was Judah alone]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
