uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / reduplication

וְאִם־פָּר֨וֹחַ תִּפְרַ֤ח הַצָּרַ֨עַת֙ בָּע֔וֹר

and=if to_break_out breaks_out the,disease in/on/at/with,skin

The author repeats the verb breaking out in order to intensify the idea that it expresses. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the emphasis. Alternate translation: [But if the skin disease breaks out aggressively on the skin]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

אֵ֚ת כָּל־ע֣וֹר הַנֶּ֔גַע

DOM all/each/any/every skin/leather the,diseased

Here, the infection represents the whole person who has the infection. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [all the skin of the infected person] or [all the skin of the person with the infection]

Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / merism

מֵרֹאשׁ֖וֹ וְעַד־רַגְלָ֑יו

from,head_of,his and=unto foot_of,his

The expression refers to all of the person by naming the parts that are at the extreme ends of it. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the entire person]

Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

לְכָל־מַרְאֵ֖ה עֵינֵ֥י הַכֹּהֵֽן׃

to/from=all/each/any/every see_of both_eyes_of (Some words not found in UHB: and=if to_break_out breaks_out the,disease in/on/at/with,skin and,covers the,infectious_skin_disease DOM all/each/any/every skin/leather the,diseased from,head_of,his and=unto foot_of,his to/from=all/each/any/every see_of both_eyes_of the=priest/officer )

Here, eyes represent the sight of a person and, by extension, their judgment or assessment. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [the whole appearance, as far as the priest can see] or [the whole appearance, as the priest judges]

TSN Tyndale Study Notes:

13:1-46 a serious skin disease (Hebrew tsara‘at): The Hebrew word is much broader than the severely disfiguring Hansen’s disease (see study note on 13:2). This larger range included symptoms such as an open sore (13:10), a boil (13:18), a burn (13:24), a sore on the head or chin (13:29), shiny white patches (13:38), or abnormal baldness (13:40). A general test was whether or not the abnormality was spreading (13:5-8). If so, a quarantine was ordered for as long as the disorder persisted (13:46). Not just people, but clothing (13:47-59) and even buildings (14:33-53) could contract such infections.
