OET (OET-RV) and put all the utensils they use on top of it: the trays, meat forks, shovel and basins for the altar. Then they must cover it with fine leather, and then put its poles through the rings.

DOM the,fire-pans DOM the,forks and=DOM the,shovels and=DOM the,bowls
The trays were like large, flat plates and were used for holding meat and other things. The meat forks were used to stab and move the meat. The shovels and basins were used for moving and storing ashes, blood, and anything else. If your readers would not be familiar with these tools, you could use the names of similar things that your readers would recognize, or you could use more general terms. Alternate translation: [the platters, the utensils for stabbing meat and the scoops and the containers]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicitinfo
וְאֶת־הַמִּזְרָקֹ֔ת כֹּ֖ל כְּלֵ֣י הַמִּזְבֵּ֑חַ
and=DOM and=DOM the,bowls all vessels_of of,the_altar
It might seem that the expression the basins—all the vessels of the altar contains extra information that would not be natural to express in your language. If so, you can shorten it. Alternate translation: [and the basins]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וְשָׂמ֥וּ בַדָּֽיו
and,they_will_put_in poles_of,its
The implied meaning is that the poles were put into rings on the sides of the altar so that people could use them to carry it. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. See how you translated the similar use of this clause in [4:6](../04/06.md). Alternate translation: [and they shall slide poles into the rings on the sides of the altar in order to carry it]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
