OET (OET-LV) and_they_will_put DOM name_of_my on the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_I I_will_bless_them.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / metaphor
וְשָׂמ֥וּ אֶת־שְׁמִ֖י עַל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
and,they_will_put DOM name_of,my on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in sons_of Yisrael
Here, God is speaking of Aaron and his sons putting his name on the Israelites as if his name were a physical object that could be placed on them. This means that the priests will declare that the Israelites belong to God. If it would be helpful in your language, you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [And they shall call the sons of Israel mine] or [And they shall link the sons of Israel with me through the use of my name]
Note 2 topic: grammar-connect-logic-result
וַאֲנִ֖י אֲבָרֲכֵֽם
and,I I,will_bless_them
The word and here indicates that what follows is a result of what came before. Use a connector in your language that makes it clear that what follows is a result of what came before. Alternate translation: [and as a result I, I will bless them]
Note 3 topic: writing-pronouns
וַאֲנִ֖י אֲבָרֲכֵֽם
and,I I,will_bless_them
Yahweh is stating the pronoun I separately, even though the verb translated as I will bless already includes this meaning. He is doing that to emphasize that he is the one who will do the blessing. If a speaker of your language would use an explicit pronoun for the same purpose, you may want to use that construction in your translation. If not, your language may have other ways of showing that emphasis. Alternate translation: [and it is I who will bless them]

Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
