The psalmist is referring to all kinds of small creatures by naming two extremes, the creeper on the ground and bird of wing in the sky. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [every kind of small creature]

The psalmist is using the possessive form to describe a bird that is characterized by having wings. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [and the bird with wings]
