uW Translation Notes:

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / apostrophe

הֶהָרִ֥ים וְכָל־גְּבָע֑וֹת עֵ֥ץ פְּ֝רִ֗י וְכָל־אֲרָזִֽים

O,mountains and=all (Some words not found in UHB: O,mountains and=all hills tree/message fruit(sg) and=all cedars )

Again, the psalmist is speaking inanimate objects, now to mountains and all hills, tree of fruit and all cedars, as if they could hear him. He is doing this to communicate to the people listening to him that he feels very strongly about all of creation praising Yahweh. If it would be helpful in your language, you could translate these words as if he were speaking directly to the people about them. Alternate translation: [let the mountains and all of the hills, the fruit trees and all the cedars praise Yahweh]

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / possession

עֵ֥ץ פְּ֝רִ֗י

tree/message (Some words not found in UHB: O,mountains and=all hills tree/message fruit(sg) and=all cedars )

The psalmist is using the possessive form to describe a tree that is characterized by bearing fruit. If a speaker of your language would not use the possessive form for this, you could express this idea in another way. Alternate translation: [fruit-bearing trees]
